Job Responsibilities |
Company Secretary will be responsible for maintaining the statutory registers of the company and ensuring that statutory forms are filled and submitted promptly. S/he will be coordinating the Board (and its sub – committees) meetings pertaining to the organization, recording, accurate meeting minutes and following up on actions based upon the decisions taken by the Board. Any other matters of the Board as related to the Company affairs will also be the responsibility of this individual. |

Qualification & Experience |
The ideal candidate should be a member of a recognized body of professional accountants; or a member of a recognized body or corporate or chartered secretaries; or a person a holding Masters Degree in Business Administration or Commerce or being a law graduate from a University recognized by the HEC with at least five years relevant experience. |
Pay Package & Facilities |
Contract basis, market competitive salary, and car monetization, medical and other facilities. |
