Manager Retail Development

Job Description:

• Lead active development, management and expansion of Company’s Retail Outlets network.
• Develop, implement & manage retail development plans and projects.
• Lead network development/sales teams in anticipation of market trends and new developments to identify growth areas.
• Increase market share of the Company.
• Focus on less populated market to grow Company’s Retail Network.
• Meet the retail Outlets (development) target of the Company as given by the management.
• Create awareness about latest market practices to focus on systematic retail development.
• Build market analysis for retail development function.
• Develop the business of “Non Fuel Retail” on both current and future retail outlets.
• Conduct market research to determine market requirements and competitor information regarding retail network.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Masters in Business Administration or equivalent from a duly recognized and chartered university from HEC having minimum 10 – 15 years of work experience within relevant industry, of which 03 years should be in a similar role. The candidate should have strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements. He should be willing to travel extensively throughout the country and work in a team of professionals.


Manager Lubricants

Job Description:

• Prepare strategy to make Lubricants Department an independent identity.
• Prepare comprehensive planning to ascertain potential markets and devise tactical planning to penetrate high street and industrial segment.
• Prepare protect plan to maintain current sales volume and roadmap for continuous sales improvement.
• Plan to develop distributors in major markets and strategize regular coordination / monitoring of business.
• Continuous updating Company’s Management about business initiatives.
• Launching strategy for Company’s new product (ENEOS) and prepare market segmentation.
• Develop the marketing budget and marketing activity calendar for the year.
• Plan activity evaluation of Lubricants Department on monthly basis.
• Develop sales team motivation plans and to ensure optimum utilization of Human Resource.
• Ensure close coordination with Company’s other functions on day to day activities.
• Build market analysis for Lubricants Function.
• Conduct market research to determine market requirements and competitors’ information regarding Lubricants.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Masters in business Studies or equivalent or Chemical Engineer from a duly recognized and chartered university from HEC, having minimum 10 – 15 years of work experience within relevant industry, of which 03 years should be in a similar role. The candidate should have strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements. Should understand technical knowledge of Lubricants with their API applications and must know technical aspects of Industrial Lubricants and High Street Lubricants with its requirement to OEMs.
