Career Opening in LNG Terminal Operations

Our client, Pakistan LNG Terminals Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary company of state owned Government Holdings (Private) Limited, is looking for qualified and experienced professional for the following positions:

GM (Operations)

General Manager, Operations will contribute to the overall planning and execution of the Business Strategy Plan and will direct/coordinate the operations of the organization. Duties and responsibilities include formulating policies, managing daily operations, oversee supply chain, HR and administrative services etc.

Ideal candidate would at least have a Masters in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or Administration with minimum 10 years of relevant experience.

Manager Technical

The Manager Technical will supervise technical team in a specific area of specialized work to ensure conformance with established guidelines, methods, procedures and policies. He will provide comprehensive technical and customer support to GM Operations for the efficient and safe operation.

The ideal candidate would at least have a Bachelors in Engineering (Civil, Marine, Mechanical) with minimum 5 years of relevant experience including LNG re-gasification terminal experience

Manager Commercial

The Manager Commercial will monitor, manage and report on all commercial aspects of allocated projects. He will review contractor delivery; including leading valuation of medium value/medium risk contracts, manage assessment and valuation of contractor's applications and processing of payment certification.

Ideal candidate would al-least have a Bachelors/Masters in Law with an MBA (Finance) and minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

Manager HR & Admin

The Manager HR & Admin will be responsible for defining job positions for recruitment and managing the interview process, carrying out staff induction, manage human resource development such as training, assessment and promotions. He /she will also look after office administration, procurement security and maintain relations with all the Government agencies including Ministries. Candidates with exposure of Government Relations will be preferred.

Ideal candidate would at-least have an MBA/MPA preferably in HR with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

Manager Finance & Accounts

The Manager Finance & Account will provide support to Operations group, through information analyses, preparation of operational data/analyses for publication to various constituents throughout company, preparation of budgets. report on variances from the established budget, and the reasons for those variances, assist management in the formulation of its overall strategic direction.

Ideal candidate would be Chartered Accountant or MBA (Finance) with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

Assistant Managers / Project Engineers

The incumbents will manage external consultants like civil, marine, environmental etc. they will also oversee the preparation of detailed engineering activities and preparation of procurement packages by EPC contractor. They should have LNG liquefaction experience and should ideally have FERC permits with broad project engineering experience.

Ideal candidate would have a Bachelors in Engineering with project management certification and minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

Assistant Manager Legal

The Assistant Manager Legal will be responsible to reduce Company’s legal exposure through adopting pro-active approach. He/she will review and advice on laws, regulations and governmental policies, manage the enforcement of the company’s internal legal policies and manuals. The incumbent will also identify, manage and mitigate all legal risks concerning the company.

Ideal candidate would have Bachelors in Law with minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

Assistant Manager Commercial

The incumbent will be coordinating with members of staff with varying technical abilities, developing and maintaining relationships between Clients, risk analysis and management, construction management etc.

Ideal candidate would have Bachelors in Law preferably with a BBA/MBA (Finance) and minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

Assistant Manager Coordination

This position will assist with the planning and implementation of the overall goals of the department. He/she will assist in the general coordination and management of the staff, programs and activities.

Ideal candidate would have Bachelors degree in HR and/or MBA with minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

Executive Assistant Manager

The Executive Assistant Manager will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks, will be exceedingly well organized and flexible, and will enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting a small office of diverse people and departments.

Ideal candidate would have Bachelors in Business Administration with minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

AM Network Admin / Web Development

The position will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, supporting, developing and, in some cases designing communication networks within an organization or between organizations. Developing and managing web site will also be a key function.

Ideal candidate would have Bachelors degree in IT, MIS etc. with minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

Executive Secretary

Responsible for supporting high-level executives and management or entire departments. Provides administrative support and performs numerous duties, including scheduling, writing correspondence, emailing, handling visitors, routing callers, and answering questions and requests.

Ideal candidate would have Bachelors in Business Administration or any Business Related Degree with minimum 1 year of relevant experience

Accountants Executive

They will manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements, establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles, meet financial accounting objectives etc.

Ideal candidate would have Bachelors degree in Finance/Commerce or part qualified accountant with minimum 1 years of relevant experience.

Admin Assistant

The duties of this position will include assisting the supervisor in discharging his daily responsibilities and will also support senior-level managers and may supervise other support staff.

Ideal candidate would have Bachelors degree with minimum 1 years of relevant experience.
